At least 60 tourists have been rushed to hospital suffering from toxic gas poisoning at a Costa del Sol hotel. The incident occurred after a swimming pool pump broke. According to a regional government official, the circuit breaker on the pressure pump responsible for injecting chlorine and acid into the pool tripped, leading to a total system failure. This technical malfunction resulted in the release of toxic gases, affecting numerous guests during their stay.
