Child sex offender jailed for eight years

Douglas Bowyer, a 67-year-old from Boston, has been sentenced to eight years in prison after describing himself as a stereotypical dirty old man. In a separate case, Kelly Faiers was found dead in 2023. She had been searching for love at the time of her death. Her body was discovered within the home of Richard Scatchard, who is a convicted sex offender. Both cases involve individuals with histories of sexual offences.
