Dog attack victim 'thought she was going to die'

Two separate critical incidents have been reported. In Cardiff, a man suffered severe lung damage after his Land Rover exploded and burst into flames while he was inside the vehicle. Meanwhile, a victim of a dog attack expressed fear for her life. Police are currently probing numerous reports of dog attacks; however, no arrests have been made to date, and no dogs have been seized as part of the ongoing investigation into these events.
