Free parking in city centre approved by council

Birmingham is offering free parking across several locations. A city centre shopping centre has made its car parking free for a limited period following an installation delay, though the completion date remains unknown. Additionally, the council has approved free parking for residents at four council-owned car parks starting from August. These measures ensure that motorists can access the city centre without incurring charges while technical installations are finalised and council initiatives are implemented.
