Irish broadcaster Graham Norton has won a US court order forcing Meta to reveal the operator of a Facebook account. The account utilised AI-generated images and deepfake posts, including false reports regarding his mother's death, which Norton described as deeply upsetting. Following the California court's decision to compel Meta to disclose the source of these posts, Norton has stated his intention to sue the operator responsible for the content on the social media platform.
