Jewish leaders refuse to meet ex-Neo Nazi selected as Tory council candidate

Joshua Bonehill-Paine, a former neo-Nazi activist convicted of racially harassing Luciana Berger, has withdrawn as a Conservative Party council candidate in Somerset. This decision follows a strong backlash and the refusal of Jewish leaders to meet him. Despite receiving backing from Kemi Badenoch, Bonehill-Paine will no longer stand for the seat. However, Badenoch has offered him an alternative role as an adviser to the Conservative Party’s Culture and Integration Commission regarding youth radicalisation.
