Major supermarket to close some stores EARLY in blow to shoppers

ALDI is currently trialling an earlier closing time in selected stores, shifting from 10pm to 9pm to achieve savings. The grocery giant is monitoring customer feedback before deciding on a wider rollout, though specific locations remain undisclosed. Simultaneously, Sainsbury's is implementing a major change across 150 stores. This initiative has already been established in 55 shops, with the retailer now expanding the feature to further locations to ensure all shoppers are aware of the updates.
