Man charged over death of 12-year-old Keaton Slater after Latvia extradition

Dolars Aleksanders, aged 23, has been extradited from Latvia to the UK to face legal proceedings. He is charged with causing the death of 12-year-old Keaton Slater by dangerous driving.
