NEC loses BBC Gardeners' World Live - and today is the last day after 35 years

The BBC Gardeners' World Live event is departing from the NEC after thirty-five years. Today marks the final day of the popular annual gathering at its long-term venue. From next year, the event will relocate to the Packington Estate at Meriden. This transition ends a multi-decade residency at the NEC, moving the gardening showcase to a new location to continue its annual schedule for enthusiasts and visitors in a different setting.
