Neil the seal wreaks beautiful havoc in southern Tasmania – video

Neil the seal, a five-year-old elephant seal weighing 1,000kg, has returned to towns along the Tasman peninsula in southern Tasmania. The animal has gained viral fame for bypassing barricades, crushing fences, and lying on roads. He has also bashed into a parked LandCruiser and destroyed traffic cones. Experts describe this destructive behaviour as play-fighting, although some remain concerned for the animal's welfare as he continues to wreak havoc across the local region.
