Pebble war memorial restoration is complete

Gedling Borough Council has finished restoration work on a historic fountain dating back to 1874. Simultaneously, repairs have been completed on a pebble war memorial. This specific monument consists of 141 pebbles, which serve to honour soldiers from Saltash who lost their lives during World War One. Both projects ensure the preservation of these local landmarks, maintaining the historical integrity of the fountain and the commemorative significance of the memorial for the community.
