Phil Collins revealed to The Times that he almost died in 2024 due to life-threatening alcoholism. After stopping Antabuse, the 75-year-old Genesis star faced severe kidney issues and was admitted to a Swiss hospital twice. During his second stay, he remained mostly unconscious in intensive care, leading people to say their goodbyes. Collins has also been managing a spinal injury and type 2 diabetes, requiring a 24-hour nurse to assist with his complex health needs.
