Plans for life-size The Vivienne statue revealed

Plans have been revealed for a life-size statue honouring drag artist James Lee Williams, known as The Vivienne. The performer passed away in January 2025 and will be commemorated with this permanent tribute. The statue is intended to be installed at the entrance to the Pride Quarter in Liverpool, serving as a lasting memorial to the artist's legacy within the city's dedicated LGBTQ+ district and celebrating his contributions to the drag scene.
