Police Federation threatens legal action over early release of PC Andrew Harper's killers

The Police Federation is threatening legal action to block the early release of Jessie Cole and Albert Bowers, who were convicted of PC Andrew Harper's manslaughter. Aileen O'Connor stated the decision would demoralise serving officers.
