Suspect accused of killing Scot found dead in suitcase dreamed of coming to UK

Sharif Ahmadzai, the suspect accused of murdering Edinburgh Christian charity worker Elisabeth Jane Ross in Athens on 15 July, has been found dead in a suitcase. Reports indicate that Ahmadzai had aspired to travel to the UK. Following the killing, he allegedly utilised a burner phone to send messages to the victim's wife, pretending to be an unnamed jihadist in a calculated attempt to cover his tracks and mislead investigators regarding the crime.
