Tour de France 2026: stage 19 from Gap to Alpe d’Huez – live

Tadej Pogacar won stage 19 of the Tour de France, conquering the Alpe d’Huez hairpins in a record time of 35 minutes and 27 seconds. He surpassed Marco Pantani's 1997 record of 36 minutes 55 seconds. Pogacar is only the second rider to win on this mountain while wearing yellow, following Geraint Thomas in 2018. This victory marks his fifth stage win of the Tour and 26th career win, extending his overall lead to seven minutes 11 seconds.
