Two universities merge to create the UK’s first ‘super-university’

The UK's first super-university, the London and South East University Group, known as LASEUG, is scheduled to launch in September. This new entity results from the merger of the universities of Greenwich and Kent. With more than 50,000 students distributed across four campuses in London, Medway, and Kent, LASEUG will become the third largest higher education institution in the UK, consolidating resources and academic reach across the London and South East regions.
