Ukraine strikes Russian oil refineries as Moscow continues attacks on Ukrainian cities – Europe live

Ukraine has launched targeted military strikes against two oil refineries located deep within Russian territory. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that these operations aim to limit the oil revenues Russia utilises to finance its ongoing war and the killing of Ukrainians. Meanwhile, Russian overnight attacks on the northern region of Sumy and the eastern city of Balakliia resulted in at least six deaths and 36 injuries, as Moscow continues its offensive against various Ukrainian cities.
