Vampire-obsessed man detained after dumping animal corpses outside churches in New Forest

Benjamin Lewis, a 48-year-old man obsessed with vampires and graveyards, has been detained in hospital for treatment. Lewis believed that drinking blood could prolong his life indefinitely. He stole and slaughtered lambs and deer from local farms, subsequently dumping the animal corpses on the doorsteps of churches within the New Forest in Hampshire. These actions frightened local parishioners and caused significant distress to the farmers whose livestock had been targeted and killed by Lewis.
