We booked a Travelodge but were forced to move hotel after 1am

A couple, including a husband with dementia and heart disease, were forced to relocate after 1am because Travelodge London King’s Cross Royal Scot overbooked their room, despite prior arrival notifications. Separately, a young family with a three-year-old daughter was forced to leave their Solihull home and moved between various hotels. The local Council has responded to the allegations made by the family regarding their displacement and current living situation during this period.
